Red flags
Every case raised by a check-in: a self-harm answer raises one whatever the total score. Escalated cases have passed their acknowledgement clock and have gone to the clinical supervisor.

Schools

Project staff log every classroom, group, parent and teacher session. It shows on the state view the moment it is saved.

September 2026 · open the report ↗Consent ledger
Nothing is processed for a child under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent (OTP to the parent's phone) and the child's own assent (DPDP Act 2023, Section 9). Pending and declined children are never screened.

Configuration
AIFT sets the screening tool, the cut-offs and the red-flag rules here. No code changes: save, and the next check-in uses them.
Risk bandsPHQ-A · total 0–27
Bands are seen only by counsellors. The adolescent always sees a thank-you, never a score.

Supervision
The clinical supervisor's desk. Every case that has passed a clock, or that a counsellor escalated, with its age and the counsellor on it. The supervisor records that they reached the counsellor; the case stays open until the counsellor closes it with a safety plan.

Clinical supervisorsOne per district, on call for escalations
Supervisor contacts are written to the case as a note and to the audit log.
Indicator framework
Every number the programme reports, with its definition, numerator, denominator and source table, computed live for the district, block or school selected above. Targets are illustrative year-one targets; AIFT's MERL team sets the real ones.
