How to read this. Red flags are raised automatically by the check-in: a high PHQ-A band, or any answer above "not at all" on the self-harm item. The SLA is 4 working hours (Mon–Sat, 9:30–18:30) to acknowledge and 24 hours to reach the child. Adolescents never appear in this report; names stay with the assigned counsellor and every view of a case is in the audit log.
